Shipping!
As a general rule, all shipping is done immediately after the order has been processed and payment received. Products we manufacture locally are shipped from Macon, Georgia. In general, products from other manufacturers and suppliers are shipped from different locations. Therefore, an order with several different products could be shipped from different locations arriving to the customer at different times. For example, an order with three different products could arrive in three different packages from three different parts of the country on three different days. Given this senario, please be patient and allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
Whenever orders are taking more than 7 to 10 working days, the overwhelming reason for delays in delivery are due to the carriers. We use UPS ground primarily and we have found that they do the best job. But, on occassion UPS will 'drop the ball' so to speak and orders will be delayed.
If you wish for faster delivery, we will accomodate. There are faster shipping options at check-out on the web site. Or, call us and we can handle the shipping arrangements over the phone. Any additional charges will be added to your order.
